Everything you need to know for your reservation
Before You Arrive
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to RESET. Before your reservation, take a moment to review what to bring, what’s included, and a few simple tips to help you make the most of your private contrast therapy experience.

Every reservation includes your own private sauna, cold plunge, and shower. We also have a red light therapy room that can be used at any point during your visit. There’s no right or wrong way to experience contrast therapy—move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.
A suggested routine is:
- 🔥 Sauna: 10–20 minutes
- ❄️ Cold Plunge: 1–5 minutes
- 😌 Rest: 3–5 minutes
Repeat, or simply enjoy whichever parts of the experience feel best for you.

Planning Ahead
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation to check in, complete your waiver if needed, and get settled before your session begins. Arriving early helps ensure you enjoy your full reservation time. Many sauna studios recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for orientation and changing.
Hydrate Before You Arrive
Contrast therapy naturally causes you to sweat and lose fluids. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your visit and continue hydrating afterward. We’ll have filtered water available throughout your reservation.
Eat Light
We recommend eating a light meal or snack 60–90 minutes before your reservation. Avoid arriving on a completely empty stomach or immediately after a heavy meal to stay comfortable during your session.
Leave Jewelry at Home
Metal jewelry can become very warm in the sauna and may be uncomfortable to wear. Watches, necklaces, rings, and earrings are best left at home or stored safely during your visit.
During Your Visit
- Shower before entering the cold plunge.
- Wear clean swimwear throughout your reservation.
- Stay hydrated and listen to your body.
- Exit the sauna or plunge if you begin to feel lightheaded or uncomfortable.
- Be respectful of your reservation time so the next guests can begin on schedule.
