Nice place and friendly staff! The sauna is top notch- gets hot and pouring water on the rocks really gets the heat pumping to another level. Better than gym saunas. The cold plunge allows you to get in up to your neck. 15 min sauna/5 min plunge/15 min sauna/5 min plunge is the perfect routine in your 45 minute time frame! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! The customer service was great, and the space feels so private and peaceful…you feel like you have the whole place to yourself, while help is still right around the corner if needed! The endorphins were definitely flowing after the sauna and cold plunge. I cannot wait to come back!
